What the manifest keeps
Data protection notice
Whatever you send us, through a form or by email, includes personal data. This notice explains who is responsible for it, what is collected, why, and what you can ask of us.
Who is responsible
NIE Valladolid is responsible for the data sent through this site. Anything concerning your data can be raised at ayuda@nievalladolid.com.
What we collect
Only your name and email address are required. Everything else is optional: nationality, telephone, which procedure you have in mind, and a few words about your case. With each form, the server also records the date and time it was sent, the IP address it came from and the type of browser, to protect the forms from abuse.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your data serves to answer your request, first with an automatic message to your inbox, and afterwards, should you ask, to prepare your file with you. Two legal bases apply: steps you ask for before any agreement exists, and our legitimate interest in keeping spam and abuse out of the forms. We neither sell your data nor use it for advertising.
Who receives it
When your request is best handled by one of our partner firms, it is passed to that firm, which uses it only to answer and help you. The companies that host the site and deliver our email handle it only as we instruct, and are contractually bound to secure it. Public authorities receive data only under a legal obligation.
Retention
An enquiry that leads nowhere is deleted once it has no further purpose. If we work on a procedure together, the file is kept for the legally required period and then erased.
Rights under the GDPR
You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to put it right, to erase it, to restrict its use, to object to it, or to receive a portable copy. Send your request to ayuda@nievalladolid.com: you will have an answer within the period the GDPR sets. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Cookies
The site sets only the technical cookie a form needs to be sent safely. No cookie is used for advertising or to track you.
